Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment? We’re looking for a detail-oriented Client Relationship Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll ensure every client receives top-notch service by managing job requests, coordinating with operations, and keeping clients updated every step of the way. Your organizational skills and proactive communication will help drive smooth job completion and lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Be the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries, providing updates, and managing job requests.
Coordinate job scheduling and ensure the right engineers are assigned to meet client needs.
Track job progress, share timely updates, and resolve changes or challenges quickly.
Create accurate reports and invoices while managing additional job requests as they arise.
Work hand-in-hand with dispatch and operations teams to ensure service delivery meets required SLAs.
Maintain up-to-date client records and handle account-related administrative tasks.
Manage job adjustments and uplifts, ensuring client approval and proper follow-through.
Uphold high service standards to exceed client expectations.
Mandatory Skills
Proven experience in customer service, account management, or scheduling.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage complex requests.
Strong organizational abilities to balance multiple clients and tasks.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and scheduling software.
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction.
Preferred Skills
Experience in dispatch, B2B services, or operations support.
Background in account management, reporting, or invoicing.
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
