Responsibilities Oversees the business and sales operations of Customer ensuring alignment and consistency to URC’s strategies, plans and directions. Develops and leads the implementation of Customer-specific strategies which drives the delivery of Revenue, GP and In-store share objectives, involving channel, category and price strategy. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience in an FMCG industry. With previous experience in handling Modern Trade / Key Accounts. Strong work experience in market or territory development, negotiations, communications and people management skills. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and a team player. Willing to based in Davao .
