Senior Project Manager (Makati City) — Makati City, National Capital Region, Philippines

What You’ll Do
  • Ownership of a project including the project’s schedule, cost and budget management, and leading designers and construction teams on site.
  • Manage the client’s single point of contact (SPOC) or Client Owner and communicate with the client’s local team as needed.
  • Apply knowledge in construction, particularly fit-out and general engineering design.
  • Apply knowledge of standard procurement practices, including bidding, bid evaluation, and recommendations.
  • Attend and lead meetings with the client and client representatives.
  • Generate weekly client reports outlining project status, schedule, budget position, risks, solutions, updates, and upcoming tasks.
  • Conduct site visits during construction and lead contractors and vendors (e.g., general contractor, interior and engineering designers, suppliers).

About You
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in Project Management
  • Construction background is required
  • People skills — ability to manage both client and team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Knowledgeable in MS Project or capable of generating project schedules using Excel with Gantt charts
  • Ability to write reports, observe unsafe practices on site and document; understand basic construction plans and specifications
  • Able to work in Makati from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Available to start ASAP
