Overview Job Title: Senior Project Manager. Reports To: CEO. Work Setup: Work-from-Home (WFH). Shift: Night Shift (Full US Time Zone). Location: Philippines. Employment Type: Full-Time. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager. This role requires exceptional project management leadership, presence, and professionalism, with strong alignment to US-based operations and executive-level stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee complex projects aligned with business objectives and global standards. Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting decision-making and execution of key initiatives. Manage project timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables to ensure successful completion. Collaborate closely with US-based executives and teams, maintaining clear communication across time zones. Standardize and improve project management processes and documentation. Foster collaboration between global and local teams to achieve organizational goals. Provide project updates, reports, and recommendations to executive leadership. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Certification: PMP Certification (Required). Minimum 12 years of project management experience, with proven success in handling large-scale or enterprise-level projects. Strong background in the insurance industry (required). Experience working with US-based executives or C-suite leaders (not limited to divisional or offshore counterparts).
