And you might be a part of this amazing growth as our team keeps growing above all expectations What you'll do: As an Accounts Administrator , you need to be detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Administrator to support our Finance team with day-to-day operations. The role will involve managing high-volume email queries, handling customer account processes, and ensuring accurate and timely vendor invoice processing and reconciliation. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy. Key responsibilities for this role include: Email Management (200-300 emails/day) Monitor and manage the Finance/Accounts email inbox. Understand the nature of customer and vendor queries and allocate them to the appropriate team member. Attend to service queries with urgency, based on priority level. Follow up and ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner. Customer Account Management Maintain and update Mastercard profiles. Support credit application processes, setup, and ongoing maintenance. Ensure proper filing and record management for all customer accounts. Vendor Management Process invoices, initially for direct shipment orders, with future scope to include stock orders. For stock orders: perform goods receipt, quantity matching, and pricing validation. Identify efficiency opportunities and apply process improvements (e.g., eliminating unnecessary corrections for direct orders). Perform vendor statement reconciliations to ensure supplier liabilities are accurately aligned with stock records. Other Responsibilities Provide additional administrative and financial support as required by the SF Finance Team and Head of Finance. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the team. Successful candidates must have: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Previous experience in accounts administration, finance, or a related support role. Proficient with ERP systems, ideally with Pronto working experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box and stay curious. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and coordination skills. Ability to manage high-volume tasks efficiently and effectively. Can-do attitude, adaptable and flexible in supporting additional finance tasks as needed. Team player who can also work autonomously when required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and accounting/ERP systems.
