We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team This role focuses on managing financial records, processing transactions, and supporting accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in ensuring financial accuracy. Maintain and organize financial records, invoices, and payment transactions. Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable. Support the preparation of financial reports and reconciliation of accounts. Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping. Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records as needed. Provide administrative support for accounting operations. Submit weekly reports to the Finance Supervisor. Perform other tasks as assigned by the Finance Supervisor and Management. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or financial reporting. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus. Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with accuracy in financial data management. Compliance: Knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with teams and coordinate with other departments. Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
