Join our Dedicated Recruitment team as a Recruitment Associate to connect Virtual Assistants with global clients and develop key recruitment skills. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Screen potential candidates and review resumes to identify talent matching job requirements. Schedule and conduct interviews, including Mock Calls and Script Readings with candidates. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to applicants, coordinating follow-up sessions as needed. Recommend qualified candidates to the VIP team and work towards weekly endorsement targets. Support the full recruitment process and collaborate with different departments to understand client needs. Gain exposure to various aspects of talent acquisition and HR. About You The company is looking for: Fresh graduate with a Bachelor\u2019s degree in any field. Great communication skills from presentations, organizational work, or natural aptitude. Comfortable with technology and eager to learn tools like Pinpoint ATS, Magic AI, and HubSpot. Curious about recruitment and HR, with possible related academic or volunteer experience. Self-motivated and able to work independently while open to guidance and feedback. Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive). Ready to learn interviewing techniques and candidate assessment skills. Prepared for remote work with a good internet connection and quiet workspace. Adaptable to fast-paced environments and learning on the go.
