Overview Client Engagement Associate (Appointment Setting) role at DOXA Talent . The position involves connecting with clients and booking coaches based on their business needs, managing a group of coaches, and using CRM software and marketing channels to keep them engaged. The role also provides part-time support for the back-office team. Responsibilities Select, engage, and book people using LinkedIn Recruiter Manage 8 coaches per day and help generate at least 300 leads daily via LinkedIn Recruiter Utilize marketing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter and texting, depending on the project Use pre-written scripts for engagement and be able to go off-script as necessary after training Utilize and be proficient with ESC2 (CRM), and You Can Book Me Place outbound calls when needed Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in the related field is preferred At least one year of experience in lead generation and/or appointment setting for international clients Ability to qualify and prioritize leads effectively Demonstrated success in client engagement with measurable results Strong written and verbal English skills Detail-oriented and has excellent time management skills Ability to own tasks and be a team player Experience in a multi-client environment Strong computer aptitude, including expertise with Microsoft 365 applications Ability to function in an autonomous environment—independent worker, self-directed Details WORK SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM Philippine Standard Time), follows Philippine holidays POSITION TYPE: Full Time WORK ARRANGEMENT: Remote #J-18808-Ljbffr
