Job Overview We're looking for an experienced Back-end Developer to build and maintain secure, scalable, and high-quality software systems. The role involves designing robust APIs, optimising back-end performance, and ensuring system reliability through best engineering practices. The successful candidate will work closely with QA engineers, designers, and project stakeholders to deliver stable, high-performing platforms that support business growth and innovation in a remote, collaborative environment. What you'll do Build and maintain robust back-end systems using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript. Design scalable and secure software architectures. Implement secure back-end environments following industry best practices. Design and develop RESTful APIs for modern web applications. Create automated tests to ensure quality and reliability. Collaborate with QA Engineers, UI/UX Designers, and Developers to deliver top-notch solutions. Conduct code reviews, optimise performance, and troubleshoot issues. Contribute to sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of milestones. What We're Looking For 5–8 years of back-end development experience. Strong skills in Node.js, Express.js, TypeScript, and SaaS environments. Experience in AWS infrastructure is preferred. Solid understanding of Agile practices and version control (Bitbucket). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Self‑motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning. A team player with integrity — dependable, honest, and loyal.
