This role is responsible for coordinating trucking activities, monitoring delivery performance, and maintaining related records. The following responsibilities and qualifications apply.

Responsibilities
  • Plan the coordination activity to truckers based on the Delivery Performance Monitoring, POD Monitoring, Daily Report of Returns and Cancelled Items, and Booking Schedule
  • Communicate with coordinators of truckers to monitor and follow through status of deliveries to accounts to ensure delivery on or before the required delivery date
  • Follow through status of PODs from coordinators to ensure timely transmittal
  • Investigate causes of RUDs rejects/returns upon delivery for timely disposition
  • Keep accurate and updated records of Delivery Performance Monitoring
  • Keep accurate and updated records of PODs
  • Keep accurate and updated records of Daily Report of Returns and Cancelled Items
  • Assist the transport planner in coordinating with truckers for their booking confirmation
  • Assist as back up Invoicing Staff or Transport Planner when necessary
  • Participate during annual wall to wall inventory count
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Must possess a Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Excel, strong communication and coordination abilities, and flexibility to adapt to changing tasks.
  • Working Conditions: Warehouse setting, requiring physical activity and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, team player, proactive, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
