Has a table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair. Work from home location is within NCR General Objective: Responsible for providing assistance in the administration and coordination of Human Resources policies, procedures and programs in Talent Acquisition. Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: On-boarding Conducting final screening on all qualified candidates (background/reference checks and all necessary pre-employment requirements) Processing and monitoring pre on-boarding requirements and employment requirements of new hires Creation and maintenance of Employee 201 files and official records in all systems Others Administering tests to qualified candidates Addressing and processing all employee requests via the company’s ticketing system relevant to recruitment and on-boarding Assignments/projects/tasks assigned by HR Management (possibly Ad Hoc assignments to help out other HR teams) Maintains positive employee/labor relations. Requirements: Ideally 1+ years' relevant work experience in on-boarding Open to fresh graduates Strong analytical thinking and high level of comprehension VERY STRONG multitasking ability and attention to detail Good oral and written English communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
