Job Description As a Strategic Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead enterprise pursuits, close multi-million-dollar deals, and drive regional go-to-market strategies. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions and host global clients at Emapta's HQ in Manila. Visit ) Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used on your own discretion (including 5 credits convertible to cash) Fun engagement activities for employees Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Career growth opportunities Diverse and supportive work environment Help lead a once-in-a-generation transformation at one of Southeast Asia's fastest-growing BPO platforms Drive strategic growth across the region from a position of strength and credibility Work directly with a seasoned leadership team focused on innovation, client success, and long-term value creation Host, engage, and shape the future of outsourcing partnerships from our global headquarters in Manila The Qualifications We Seek 10+ years of enterprise sales experience in BPO , outsourcing , or global talent solutions , with proven success in new business development and a strong track record in the Southeast Asia market Deep familiarity with Philippine outsourcing strengths, talent pools, regulatory frameworks, and buyer behaviors Proven success navigating long, complex sales cycles and closing multi-million-dollar deals with enterprise clients Adept at engaging senior stakeholders, from CIOs and CHROs to COOs and transformation leaders Commercially savvy with experience structuring dedicated staffing models, managed service deals, and hybrid solutions Comfortable crafting custom value propositions, pricing models, and go-to-market approaches High integrity, high energy, and a collaborative team-first mindset Your Daily Tasks Enterprise Sales Execution Lead high-impact sales pursuits across Southeast Asia with a focus on large, multi-region enterprise clients Drive end-to-end deal cycles including discovery, solutioning, pricing, contracting, and handover to delivery Actively contribute to pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, referrals, ABM campaigns, and executive networking Regional Sales Leadership Act as the senior commercial lead for the Philippines, driving localized GTM strategy and market penetration Collaborate with global and local functional leaders to align sales strategy with Emapta's core capabilities and growth goals Build regional vertical strategies across healthcare, SaaS, financial services, professional services, and others Customer Engagement & HQ Representation Serve as executive liaison to global enterprise clients visiting or expanding into Southeast Asia Host strategic customers at Emapta's Philippines HQ and ensure a world-class executive experience Act as a commercial ambassador in Manila, leading executive briefings and coordinating cross-functional sessions with delivery, talent acquisition, and compliance teams Internal Collaboration & Deal Enablement Partner with marketing, solutions, presales, legal, and delivery teams to shape compelling proposals and enterprise-grade solutions Support continuous improvement in enterprise playbooks, sales assets, and pricing models Act as the voice of the customer internally to ensure we scale intelligently and remain customer-centric Why We Stand Out Among the Rest Join Emapta, recognized as one of the Top 20 Dream Companies for Filipinos in 2024 .
