Your Role Brand strategy and identity – develop and evolve brand identity systems, create core brand elements, and craft visual style guides. Establish brand guidelines – produce comprehensive brand books or sets of guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Design execution and production – create marketing and communication materials (digital and print) including website graphics, social media assets, email templates, banners, and presentations. Project management – oversee multiple design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring on‑time and within‑scope completion. Collaboration & communication – liaise with clients, present design concepts, incorporate feedback, and collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing strategists, copywriters, and project managers. Continuous improvement – stay current with design trends, software, and technologies; conduct quality assurance to maintain high design standards. What You Need Skills & Experience (Preferred) Hard Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop), Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva. A Strong Portfolio: Demonstrate a diverse range of projects and a clear design process from concept to final product. Design Principles: Solid grasp of color theory, typography, and layout fundamentals. Print & Digital Production: Understand technical requirements for both mediums (file formats, color modes, etc.). Soft Skills: Creative problem‑solving, strong communication, adaptability, resilience, collaboration, and attention to detail. Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (preferred but not required if portfolio and experience are strong). Professional experience: A few years in an agency or multi‑disciplinary creative environment is preferred.
