Requirements Design high‑performing ad creatives for D2C eCommerce brands. Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to concept, execute, and iterate ad designs. Apply performance data to continuously improve your creative output. Stay up‑to‑date with trends in design and digital marketing. Support internal brand development through presentations, pitch decks, and reports. Maintain and evolve the agency’s visual identity in line with strategic goals. Present and refine design work based on feedback and analytics. Attitude Have a proven track record of designing high‑converting ad creatives. Understand performance marketing and what drives engagement. Are passionate about design and follow trends that make brands win online. Experience & Skills 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on ad creatives and performance marketing. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Figma. A strong portfolio demonstrating digital ad work and performance‑driven design. Excellent communication skills—you can confidently present ideas and interpret briefs. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines. High attention to detail and pride in delivering polished work. Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken).
