Logistics and Operations Manager

Job Description / Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all logistics and operations activities. Manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and distribution to ensure efficiency and accuracy. Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain processes and reduce operational costs. Monitor performance KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Coordinate with suppliers, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Lead and mentor logistics and operations staff to achieve team goals and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field. 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse, and operations management. Strong knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and distribution processes. Experience in team leadership, process improvement, and KPI monitoring. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems is a plus.
