Overview The Sr. Talent Attraction Manager at Filinvest Development Corporation leads our full-cycle recruitment strategy, builds relationships with candidates and hiring managers, strengthens our employer brand, and collaborates with the Talent Acquisition and HR teams to attract, identify, and engage top talent.
