The Accounting Team Lead will oversee the daily operations of an accounting team, ensuring the preparation and analysis of financial statements, providing financial reporting, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role will involve collaborating with various departments to improve financial processes and support strategic decision-making. Additionally, the Team Lead will mentor and guide junior accountants, ensuring adherence to established accounting principles and practices.
