Position Responsibilities
Financial Planning & Forecasting - Lead the development of marketing budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans in collaboration with marketing leadership. Monitor and update forecasts based on actual performance, market trends, and campaign results.
Performance Analysis & Reporting - Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting packages with insights on budget vs. actuals, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Business Partnering - Facilitate regular reviews with stakeholders to align on financial goals and performance.
Qualifications
Progressive experience in FP&A, preferably with exposure to marketing or commercial finance.
Experience supporting marketing teams or working with marketing spend is highly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups, financial modeling).
Proficiency in financial systems such as Adaptive Workforce Panning, TM1, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present to senior stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Strong business acumen and a collaborative mindset.
