Overview As a Dining Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dining establishment. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the restaurant team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring staff are well-trained and equipped to deliver outstanding service. Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences, addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy. Operational Oversight: Monitor and maintain the dining area, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations and company policies. Collaboration with Kitchen Staff: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure the prompt and accurate preparation and delivery of meals, maintaining a seamless flow of operations. Inventory Management: Manage inventory and supplies, placing orders as needed to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste. Policy Implementation: Enforce restaurant policies and procedures to uphold quality standards and operational efficiency. Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any performance issues in a constructive and supportive manner. Support Management Goals: Collaborate with the management team to achieve revenue targets, meet operational objectives, and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant. Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house procedures. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and food handling standards. Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude.
