ABOUT THE ROLE: Check clients' Bill.com inboxes daily and enter vendor bills that need to be paid. Fix technical issues, especially sync errors between Bill.com and QuickBooks Online or Xero. Train clients on using Bill.com and recommend ways to make their processes more efficient. Help other team members with accounts payable questions or audit requests. Prepare 1099 forms each January for your assigned clients using Track1099.com. Respond to client questions quickly and accurately. ABOUT YOU: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred but not required) At least 2+ years experience in Accounting handling Accounts Payable. Hands on experience in using Bill.com Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong written and verbal communication skills Skilled at explaining financial and technical information in a clear, client-friendly manner WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?
