Position: IT Sales New Business Development Director Location: Manila, Philippines Industry: Experience in selling IT services to Food/Agri or Retail/CPG Industries Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Sales/Business Development Director with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in the IT Services industry, hunting for new business opportunities. This position will be based in Manila, Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and business development initiatives, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and closing deals to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets Develop go‑to‑market strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Collaborating with internal teams to develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations Managing the sales pipeline and tracking progress toward sales goals Owning the sales cycle end‑to‑end, from prospecting to contract closure Collaborating with delivery and solution teams to shape client proposals Qualifications Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to drive results in a competitive sales environment Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field Passion for sales and business development with a strong background in IT Services companies, capable of leading in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment Mandatory industry experience as highlighted above We are Mindsprint A leading‑edge technology solutions provider that continuously innovates purpose‑built digital solutions enabling global enterprises to be future‑ready.
