Jardine Service Centre Philippines is an organization fully owned by Jardine Matheson Group which is a diversified Asian-based group with unsurpassed experience in the region, having been founded in 1832. JSC is responsible for providing back-office support to the business units of Jardine Group by administrating transactional and rule-based activities. We aim to deliver world-class services to our internal customers in a cost-efficient manner via process harmonization, application of state-of-the-art technologies, automation and process simplification.
Responsibilities- Responsible for establishing service projects and completing the collection, entry, updating and verification of employee data in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP) and guidelines, ensuring timely, complete and accurate entry of relevant employee information and data into the HR system.
- HR services : Handles various aspects of employee onboarding, transfer and offboarding, ensures accurate and timely completion of onboarding procedures, signing of transfer documents, issuance of various HR and employment certifications and documents, handling resignation and offboarding related procedures including following up on employee confirmation.
- Personnel Information System Data Maintenance : Responsible for maintaining and reviewing various information and data of employees in the HR management information system, ensuring the accuracy of all information and data in the system.
- Archives and Labor Contract Management : Responsible for managing employee archives and labor contracts, completes file organization and inventory on time all relevant tasks related to labor contract signing and renewal.
- Resolves in-scope employee queries within stipulated timeline and ensures end-to-end employee life cycle in scope activities are processed and resolved within agreed service level agreements (SLA).
- Provides data and prepares accurate and timely management information reports and documents as required.
- Provides support as required to various HR projects and initiatives.
- Performs duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mindset and is comfortable challenging the status quo in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a high level of collaboration, customer service orientation, integrity, accountability, and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to multitask effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in employee administration tasks including employment and contract letter generation, employee data entry and management, invoice processing, training administration and enrolment, certificate of employment generation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel.
