HR Workforce Associate (Project- Based)

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop a clinic staffing schedule.

  • Collect, review, analyze, and interpret relevant data to - identify challenges in the workforce.

  • Prepare workforce analysis reports for business needs.

  • Provide recommendations to improve the workforce to reduce overheads and increase client experience.

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc/real-time reports on a variety of Client metrics.

  • Provide periodic reports and data trends containing performance data to support Operations

  • Respond to Service Level variations.

  • Maintains employee records in the database

  • Ensures all open shifts are properly staffed

  • Handles employee timekeeping report

Background and Qualifications:

  • College graduate of any course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS applications (Excel, etc.)/Google Suite (Sheets, etc.)

  • Strong operational discipline, able to manage time and resources to deliver on critical outcomes.

  • Able to work gracefully under pressure and works in a timeline driven environment.

  • Amenable to work on shifting schedules.

  • Willing to work in Mandaluyong.
