Assistant Mall Manager

The Assistant Mall Manager is responsible for ensuring profitable mall operations in accordance with Management's directives and income expectations. The incumbent shall implement programs for the constant enhancement of the physical value of the mall by creating strategies in order to ensure a safe and secure environment that will encourage customers to continually patronize mall products and services. He/She shall likewise effectively and consistently implement policies, guidelines, and procedures across all areas in conformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations, and statutory requirements in support of the objectives of maximizing shareholder\'s return and maintaining leadership in the retail industry.

Educational Requirement

  • Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or any other related course.

Experience Requirement

  • The Assistant Mall Manager shall have extensive experience and a proven track record in Marketing and Sales, Property Development, Building Administration, Customer Service, and Business Operations in a managerial capacity
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with all levels of the organization

  • Support customer enquiries with empathy regarding financial products and services in an efficient and timely manner

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
  • Effectively communicate solutions and recommendations to clients

Qualifications we seek

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School or Senior High School Graduate
  • Customer service experience, preferably in financial services
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numeracy and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. - Positive and professional attitude
