The Mall Assistant provides administrative support to the mall operations department.
Qualifications:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in any Business or Management course.
- At least 1 year work experience preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Assistant Mall ManagerThe Assistant Mall Manager is responsible for ensuring profitable mall operations in accordance with Management's directives and income expectations. The incumbent shall implement programs for the constant enhancement of the physical value of the mall by creating strategies in order to ensure a safe and secure environment that will encourage customers to continually patronize mall products and services. He/She shall likewise effectively and consistently implement policies, guidelines, and procedures across all areas in conformance with the standards set by the company, government regulations, and statutory requirements in support of the objectives of maximizing shareholder\'s return and maintaining leadership in the retail industry.
Educational Requirement
- Qualified candidates must have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or any other related course.
Experience Requirement
- The Assistant Mall Manager shall have extensive experience and a proven track record in Marketing and Sales, Property Development, Building Administration, Customer Service, and Business Operations in a managerial capacity
- Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with all levels of the organization

Sales Assistant for Festival Mall AlabangMinimum Qualifications:
- Candidate must be willing to work at Vision Express - Festival Mall.
- At least high school graduate for old curriculum, Senior High School, Vocational Degree, or Bachelor's Degree Holder.
- Required skill(s): customer service and sales administration.
- With at least 3 months of sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in choosing frames and lenses based on their needs and preferences
- Provide information on product features, pricing, and promotions
- Process sales transactions and manage cash/card payments
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
- Support optometrists and other staff as needed
Core Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the Store Supervisor to ensure seamless day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Guide and support team members during assigned shifts, maintaining top-tier service and product quality.
- Set a strong example by consistently meeting and exceeding service standards and operational expectations.
- Contribute to team scheduling, onboarding, and continuous performance evaluation.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism, tact, and a commitment to satisfaction.
- Maintain strict compliance with cleanliness protocols, hygiene regulations, and food safety procedures.
- Supervise daily cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation, and bank deposit processes.
- Assist in executing sales promotions and encourage upselling to boost revenue.
- Take on leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Supervisor or Manager, ensuring continuity of operations.
Candidate Profile:
- Holds a degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a closely related field.
- Brings prior experience in food service or restaurant supervision (1–2 years minimum preferred).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Performs well under pressure in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic office software.
- Available to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- Knowledgeable in food safety regulations, with training or certification in HACCP, ServSafe, or equivalent.
