About the role
Stile Italia Inc. is seeking an experienced CAD Designer Head to lead our talented team of CAD designers. As the CAD Designer Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of detailed architectural drawings and design plans for our high-end residential and commercial projects in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time, on-site position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of CAD designers to ensure the timely delivery of accurate, high-quality design plans and drawings
  • Review and approve CAD designs to ensure they meet project specifications, building codes, and client requirements
  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to translate design concepts into detailed CAD models and technical drawings
  • Implement and maintain standardised CAD processes, templates, and best practices within the design team
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest CAD software, tools, and industry trends to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Provide technical support and training to the design team as needed
  • Monitor and report on team performance, productivity, and workloads

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a CAD designer or supervisor in the architectural or interior design industry
  • Proficient in architectural design and visualization tools , including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry-standard software. Skilled in rendering and real-time visualization using V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, and D5 Render, with a strong ability to produce high-quality, photorealistic outputs and immersive presentations.
  • Strong understanding of building codes, construction methods, and technical drawing standards
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills
  • Ability to interpret design concepts and translate them into detailed, accurate CAD drawings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred
