You’ll be working closely with our internal finance and management teams on a daily basis — managing financial transactions, reporting, and compliance to ensure accuracy across all accounting functions. This is a long-term, full-time role with consistent workflow and strong support from a professional, fast-moving team. About the Role You’ll take ownership of a range of core accounting responsibilities, including: Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable management Bank, credit card, and account reconciliations in Xero BAS and IAS preparation and submission support Payroll preparation , superannuation, and leave tracking Month-end and year-end reporting Cash flow tracking and variance analysis Maintaining financial records and supporting documentation Liaising with management and external accountants when required About You You’re not just a number-cruncher — you’re thorough, proactive, and take pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You communicate clearly, follow direction well, and enjoy being part of a driven, positive team that values excellence and accountability.
