Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site, entry-level role for a Project Management Junior Associate.

This is a Contract of Service position directly under the QCID Operations Head. This role entails providing project and administrative support to ensure smooth implementation of QCID initiatives. Responsibilities include assisting with project planning and coordination, preparing and maintaining documentation, tracking progress and deliverables, and supporting communication across teams, partners, and stakeholders. The Junior Associate will also help organize meetings, draft reports, and assist in monitoring ongoing projects and operational tasks.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to track tasks, follow up on deliverables, and maintain accurate records
  • Basic analytical skills for monitoring project data and performance
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
