About The Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to provide administrative support across internal business streams and assist senior project managers. This is an ideal role for someone highly organised, detail oriented, and eager to grow in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You will be focused on project coordination, updating trackers, and ensuring smooth internal operations.

Responsibilities
  • Support project managers with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks
  • Update and maintain project management tools, trackers, and Google Sheets to ensure tasks and deliverables are on schedule
  • Organise and prepare internal documents, decks, and presentations
  • Assist in onboarding new clients by ensuring contracts and statements of work (SOWs) are properly documented
  • Track and manage internal workflows, timelines, and resources to support campaign execution
  • Prepare performance reports and analytics for internal use
  • Maintain accurate records of projects, including client information, deliverables, and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, strategy, performance) to ensure smooth project operations
  • Provide support in internal meetings by tracking goals, milestones, and responsibilities
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years of project management or administrative experience, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
  • Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday) and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Experience or interest in performance creatives or influencer marketing is a bonus
Compensation

The compensation range for this role is $600–$800 USD per month .

This is a contracted position, and candidates should be prepared to operate as self-employed contractors.

Location

Our team works fully remotely. You can work from wherever you choose, and we will ensure your working experience is as comfortable as possible.
