PRODUCT TRAINING MANAGER

Job Description Develop and execute training strategies aligned with business objectives Create training content for new products (mobile, accessories, AIoT), sales techniques, and customer service Conduct in-store, classroom, or virtual training sessions for promoters and sales teams Coordinate with product, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely training on new launches Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments, performance metrics, and feedback Support onboarding programs for new hires in retail and sales Maintain training documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, Business, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or product training, preferably in telecom, mobile, or electronics industry Strong facilitation and presentation skills Ability to create engaging training materials (slides, manuals, videos, etc.) Knowledge of mobile phone technology and AIoT is highly preferred Proficient in using LMS platforms and MS Office tools Willing to travel to different store locations or regions #J-18808-Ljbffr
