Respondent Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Research Recruitment Coordinator We’re looking for someone to recruit niche industry professionals into research studies for leading brands like Microsoft and Anthropic. You’ll use creativity, persistence, and persuasive outreach to reach the right people and get them genuinely excited to take part. The Role Based in Manila, you’ll recruit high‑quality B2B participants for research projects run by some of our biggest customers, including Microsoft and Anthropic. You’ll own the entire recruitment process end to end – from sourcing and outreach to qualifying and confirming participation. That means finding niche audiences (think Head of Finance, Data Engineers, Construction Managers), crafting outreach that cuts through the noise, and getting them booked into studies. What You’ll Do Recruit niche B2B professionals: Source, screen, and convert hard‑to‑find participants across multiple ongoing research studies – often juggling different industries and roles in the same day. Own the process end to end: Find, reach out to, and lock in niche professionals – managing your own pipeline from first contact to confirmed participants. Get creative and iterate: Break through the noise with smart, multi‑channel outreach and continuous experimentation to improve conversion. Work closely with customers: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand project needs and target the right participants efficiently. What You’ll Bring Sales or recruitment background: You’ve been an SDR, BDR, or recruiter and know how to find and persuade busy professionals. Smart sourcing: You know how to find people others can’t – through LinkedIn, search, or other creative campaigns. Great communicator: You can write sharp, authentic outreach messages and hold natural conversations. Strong prioritisation: You can juggle multiple projects from different customers at once – keeping tasks organised, timelines tight, and outcomes on track.
