Your Role

As an AU Data Specialist (Project-Based), you are responsible for:

  • Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
  • Process, cleanse, and manipulate enrolment data using designated systems and tools.
  • Verify data accuracy and relevance; provide clear client instructions through Help Centre documentation where needed.
  • Monitor incoming data integrations, reporting discrepancies and quality issues.
  • Support the Head of Customer Care and Client Team colleagues to ensure uninterrupted client access.
  • Organize and maintain enrolment records and process documentation.
  • Generate simple client reports and assist with ad hoc tasks including payment processing, content uploading, and data optimization projects.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Training in Excel or related data certifications.
  • Skilled in cleansing, processing, and sorting diverse datasets with accuracy.
  • Ability to generate reports and complete ad hoc data tasks.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Google Sheets (including formulas and VLOOKUP).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
