Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for an Application Support Team Lead located in Pasig. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of the application support team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and managing problem management processes. The Team Lead provides technical support, troubleshooting, and analytical support to resolve issues efficiently and coordinates with various departments to improve application performance and reliability.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Application Support
  • Ability to lead a small team and perform stakeholder management
  • Experience with backend and business processes
  • Experience in managing a Billing and related applications for a client
  • Identify improvements in batch processes
  • Strong analytical skills and abilities in problem management
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels
  • Experience in the defense, aerospace, or technology sector is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
