Requirements Qualifications: 5 years hands on experience in software development and/or QA automation Extensive experience in C# and .NET development is essential Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or any IT related courses Preferred Skills Expertise in back end automation and/or API testing Proven track record of contributing to automation frameworks using any language or toolset Strong analytical ability to review manual and existing automated tests, enhancing automated regression test cases for reliability and efficiency Experience with unit testing and integration testing Understanding of event-driven architectures and microservices to implement testing frameworks across the tech stack Knowledge in AI system testing methodologies including agentic testing and protocols to enhance testing workflows in the SDLC Expertise in performance testing and security testing tools Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Azure DevOps, TeamCity or GitLab CI Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to framework design discussions and continuous improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate testing efforts across multiple squads Mentor and guide junior team members in automation best practices Benefits Our office is at BGC Taguig with hybrid work setup (twice a week) and a flexible schedule.
