The Senior Software Engineer collaborates with cross‑functional teams to design, build, and ship new features while improving existing functionality. Responsibilities include developing high‑performance application designs, coding, caching, security, encryption, state management, error logging, debugging, and scalability. You will design and implement REST API web services, work with serverless frameworks, manage relational databases, and continuously discover new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Duties and Responsibilities Implement high‑performance application design, coding, caching mechanisms, security, encryption, state management, error logging, debugging, scalability, code reviews, development environment configuration, and testing. Work comfortably in an Agile environment, both collaboratively and independently. Apply robust experience with Typescript (Angular 13+, NodeJs), .NET Core, SQL and NoSQL, APIs, and Service Oriented Architecture. Design and implement REST API web services and scalable APIs. Program for Serverless framework. Expert experience in relational databases (SQL Server or MySQL). Manage continuous delivery and deployment pipelines. Use computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, patterns) to create outstanding user experience. Develop framework and process for project applications in a structured, maintainable fashion. Evaluate and improve application performance. Perform unit and system level testing on applications. Collaborate closely with product development teams, product management, design, and services for upgrade and issue resolution. Develop automated unit test cases tied to each User Story and Bug. Use, protect, and disclose PHI only in accordance with HIPAA standards. Qualifications A minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering. Experience implementing Restful API/GraphQL development in .NET Core. Proficient with SDLC methodologies like SAFe, Agile, Test‑driven development. Excellent problem solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills. Strong expertise in LINQ, Functional Programming, and multithreading. Write efficient SQL queries. Solid foundation in computer science with data structures, algorithms, and software design. Work well individually and with a team, self‑starter, results oriented. Prioritize and efficiently execute tasks. Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills with strong attention to detail. Working Conditions Physical Demands: occasionally move around the work area; sit; perform manual tasks; operate tools and other office equipment such as computer, peripherals and telephones; extend arms; kneel; talk and hear. Mental Demands: follow directions, collaborate, and handle stress. Work Environment: noise level in the work environment is usually minimal.
