Software Engineer, Senior - Angular Location: Infor Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our Cloud-based Software Development Team. As a senior technical leader, you will design, develop, and guide the evolution of M3 Graphical Tracker (GLT) software solutions, driving technical excellence, mentoring engineers, and ensuring delivery of scalable and maintainable software that meets business and customer needs. Required Skills Solid expertise in front‑end development (typically 6+ years), with mastery of Angular. Strong proficiency and deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript. Extensive experience in automated unit testing and test‑driven development methodologies. Proficient in Git and advanced version control workflows across distributed teams. Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile software development processes and best practices. Excellent technical communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly, mentor others, and lead technical discussions. Preferred Qualifications Strong working knowledge of SQL, particularly MS SQL, including writing complex queries and optimizing database interactions. Experience with Java backend or integration services to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams. Familiarity with ERP solutions such as Infor M3 or similar enterprise software platforms. Hands‑on experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jasmine, Karma) and end‑to‑end testing tools (e.g., Cypress). Proven track record of contributing to architectural decisions and improving software development processes. Understanding of CI/CD principles, including automation of build, testing, and deployment workflows. A Day in The Life Leading the design, development, and maintenance of Angular applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security. Making high‑level architectural decisions and setting technical standards and best practices. Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior and mid‑level engineers, conducting code reviews. Proactively identifying technical risks and challenges, devising mitigation strategies. Collaborating with product owners, architects, and cross‑functional teams to define, design, and implement new features aligned with business objectives. Driving continuous improvement initiatives for the development process, tools, and overall software quality. Staying up to date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies to recommend and adopt innovations. Supporting and influencing the long‑term software vision and roadmap.
