We’re looking for a Technical SEO Specialist who loves solving puzzles, digging into data, and improving site performance from the inside out. This role blends technical problem‑solving with collaboration across development and marketing teams to make sure every site we manage is fast, healthy, and optimized for growth. Why You’ll Want to Join You will be paid in USD (bi-monthly: every 15th and 30th) Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually (starting Day 1) Observance of Holidays (based on your location) 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you feel most productive Work across a variety of websites and CMS platforms Collaborate with a cross‑functional team shaping the future of AI‑powered SEO What You’ll Work On Site Audits and Optimization Run full technical SEO audits using tools like Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Siteline. Diagnose and fix crawl, indexation, and performance issues. Monitor and optimize Core Web Vitals , site speed, and mobile usability. Review internal linking, sitemaps, and robots.txt for healthy site architecture. Data and Research Analyze competitors and backlink profiles using Ahrefs and SEMrush. Use automation tools like Lead Scraper for link‑building and outreach research. Identify recurring SEO issues and track progress through custom dashboards and reports. Implementation and Troubleshooting Ensure accurate structured data and metadata implementation. Manage redirects, canonical tags, and duplicate content. Support site migrations and redesigns to maintain visibility. Troubleshoot tracking issues in GA4 and Google Search Console . Stay up to date on algorithm changes and SEO trends. Collaborate with content and dev teams to integrate SEO insights. Help improve internal SEO automation workflows and documentation. What You Bring 3+ years of experience in technical SEO across multiple websites or clients Hands‑on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Lead Scraper, and Siteline Knowledge of GA4 , Search Console , and Core Web Vitals optimization Strong analytical mindset and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly Organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive about improving SEO systems Nice to Have Experience with AI or automation tools for SEO Understanding of page speed optimization , rendering, or server‑side SEO Knowledge of Python or scripting for audit automation How to Apply Please include: Your updated resume highlighting your SEO expertise A short 1–2 minute Loom video explaining your experience with technical SEO tools and your favorite type of audit Only candidates who submit a Loom video will move forward.
