Job Functions & Responsibilities Assist Portfolio Manager to monitor all delinquent commercial loans and pursue a course of action to resolve delinquency. Perform daily customer service activities via handling outbound calls with borrowers and/or third‑party representatives. Handle inbound calls in a call queue and maintain service levels and call‑center performance metrics (schedule adherence, attendance/availability). Support Portfolio Manager in clearance of surveillance‑related activities, including tax, insurance, escrow analysis and suspense documentation. Obtain required documentation for borrower special requests (assumptions, easements, partial releases, etc.) and submit recommendations for approval. Identify and Escalate significant property issues to the Portfolio Manager. Collect and analyze property operating statements and rent rolls for watch‑list monitoring and collateral review. Coordinate with internal departments for portfolio management. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Positive attitude, ability to contribute to team morale, and eagerness to learn new skills. Strong independence and self‑motivation. College degree preferred; open to college undergraduates with at least 6 months of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) experience in collections. Work Schedule & Travel Requirements Call center hours Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 9:00 pm local time. Hybrid work‑from‑home model with stable internet connection; occasional on‑site presence may be required. About Onity Group Inc.
