Business Excellence Manager

We are seeking a Business Excellence Manager who is responsible for leading and implementing process improvement, performance management, and organizational development initiatives across the company. This role ensures that all business processes are efficient, aligned with corporate goals, and compliant with quality and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities Uncover Organizational Needs and Opportunities Identify process gaps and opportunities for improvement through analysis and stakeholder input. Recommend business excellence initiatives aligned with corporate strategy. Translate organizational goals into process improvement and compliance strategies. Document and Standardize Processes Develop and maintain business process documentation, SOPs, and work instructions. Coordinate with process owners to ensure documentation accuracy, version control, and accessibility. Implement documentation templates and standards across all departments. Review and update process documentation based on audit findings and process changes. Audit and Evaluate Organisational Processes Design and implement internal audit programs to ensure compliance with ISO and internal quality standards. Conduct process audits to verify adherence to established procedures and identify inefficiencies. Document audit findings, recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and follow up on closure. Provide reports and insights to senior management to drive continuous improvement. Drive ISO Compliance and Quality Management Establish and maintain ISO-compliant Quality Management Systems (QMS). Coordinate internal and external ISO audits. Manage non-conformances and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions. Support process owners in developing compliance roadmaps. Training and Capability Development Design, implement, and deliver training on business processes, ISO standards, and quality systems. Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees on process and compliance standards. Evaluate training outcomes and maintain records of staff competencies. Coach process owners and teams in adopting best practices. Continuous Improvement and Change Management Lead Lean or Six Sigma improvement projects. Monitor KPIs and use data analytics to drive process enhancement initiatives. Facilitate workshops for idea generation and solution design. Communicate improvements and ensure buy-in across teams. Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership Partner with cross-functional leaders to align process excellence initiatives with business goals. Facilitate collaboration among teams for quality improvement and audit readiness. Report key metrics, risks, and improvement outcomes to senior management. Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, quality management, or operational management in luxury retail, furniture, lifestyle, or related industries. Has led or managed company-wide continuous improvement programs and performance management systems. Experience in corporate or manufacturing environments with familiarity in ISO standards, productivity frameworks or quality audits. Exposure to cross-functional project leadership and data-driven decision-making. Why Join Us?
