ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for an Intermediate Bookkeeper with solid US Bookkeeping experience. WHAT YOU'LL DO Categorizing daily accounting transactions using Hubdoc (or similar software) and QBO Manage accounts payable (vendor bills) and accounts receivable (invoices, payments) - as needed/training provided Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy of client financial records Handle payroll end-to-end, including federal and state payroll compliance. Prepare reconciliations and monthly management accounts. Provide cashflow reporting and forecasting for SMEs. Prepare financial reports for tax returns at year-end Prepare required 1099-NECs and 1099-MISC Support junior bookkeepers with training and oversight.
