TOA Global Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Junior Bookkeeper Location : Clark/Cebu/Manila/Tarlac (Hybrid)Shift : 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM PHTExperience Required : Minimum 0-1 years' bookkeeping in US accounting firm or SME About this role : We are looking for a Junior Bookkeeper with solid US Bookkeeping experience. What You’ll Do Maintain accurate and timely bookkeeping for multiple client entities using QuickBooks Online and Desktop Record and reconcile bank, credit card, and loan transactions. Post journal entries and ensure financial statements align with client records. Manage payroll processing for multiple clients, including employee setup, pay runs, and post-payroll journal entries. Reconcile payroll liabilities and assist with payroll adjustments as needed. Prepare and review basic financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, General Ledger). Communicate with team members to clarify entries, discrepancies, and client-specific workflows. Maintain organized digital work papers and documentation for all assigned clients. What We’re Looking For 0-1 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or payroll experience preferred (not required). Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or strong aptitude to learn quickly). Understanding of general accounting principles and payroll processes. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
