Location: Manila, Remote

Shift: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

About this role . . .

The Intermediate Bookkeeper will provide financial services and will be required to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bank Reconciliations, General Ledger Maintenance and Bookkeeping
  • Balance sheet reconciliations. Accounts Payable/Receivable management
  • Monthly reconciliations for debtor/creditor accounts
  • Processing up to Trial Balance stage and preparing financial statements for lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office
  • Preparing financial statements for lodgment with the Australian Taxation Office
  • Preparing Business Activity Statements
  • KPI Tracker maintenance
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Other relevant tasks assigned

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Graduate of Accountancy or any related course
  • With at least 2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Preferably with level skills for MS Office (Excel and Word) and the accounting software (e.g. Xero, and MYOB)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good attention to details
  • Deadline-oriented
