Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Area Sales team to achieve regional sales targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust plans to drive growth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.
- Willingness to travel within the South area.
