Designer

The Designer is responsible for the execution of visual design deliverables while actively contributing to the successful implementation of design solutions for marketing/communication campaigns and digital experiences that benefit people and clients. By creating design deliverables and solutions that align strategic direction and user needs, providing support to other team members, having passion for design and keeping high standards, the Visual Designer contributes to project success, client satisfaction and to strengthen our creative culture. The designer will be focusing on email design and client-facing presentation decks. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in maintaining brand consistency across multiple accounts while collaborating closely with writers, designers, producers and internal teams. You will Design email campaigns , ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Create and adapt email templates for different brands. Develop presentation decks to showcase results, insights, and new creative ideas to clients. Assist in creating visual designs that align with campaign objectives. Manage and organize digital assets, including photography libraries. Work with Microsoft software , including Excel and PowerPoint, to support design deliverables. Contribute on visual design projects in the following areas: Print, Marketing Campaign, Social Media, Motion and Illustration. Provide reliable quality assurance on all visual design deliverables; anticipate issues and flag situations that might impact quality or delivery success. Participate in calls and client meetings, handle IM and e‑mail communication, and present work during internal presentations. Communicate effectively with design team members, project managers, and design leads. Think creatively and justify concepts to team members and Design Leads. Understand and apply the design thinking cycle to projects when appropriate. Balance strategic development with client objectives. Stay up to date with recent design trends and new technologies. You have Strong knowledge of brand guidelines and visual design principles. 2+ years of experience designing email templates and client‑facing presentation decks. Skilled in digital asset management and photography libraries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , especially Excel and PowerPoint. Creative thinker with the ability to innovate within structured templates. 2+ years of experience in advertising agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups. English proficiency (B2+ reading, writing, and conversation). Experience working with design teams in at least two of these areas: print, visual design, digital marketing, social media, illustration, and motion, preferably for international clients and global brands. Extensive knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma. Understanding of CMS and frameworks such as Bootstrap, Foundation, Umbraco, WordPress, AEM, or others. Understanding of interactivity and animation principles and best practices. Understanding of visual design principles, trends, and systems. Solid understanding of UX principles, trends, and theory. Understanding of digital marketing, online advertising and business strategy concepts. Knowledge of productivity tools: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Drive, Box, Paper, Evernote).
