Overview

Position: Product Content Operations Manager (14709) at Somewhere. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Pacific Time.

About the role

Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for ensuring exceptional customer experiences? We are currently on the lookout for a dedicated Product Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will own our entire content pipeline and be responsible for launching new education content across courses, questions, and interview guides. You will maintain the highest standards for customer-facing content, aligning it with our brand identity, company benchmarks, and overall strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Launch new job verticals and content across the interview space.
  • Analyze data and insights to inform content strategy, identify expansion opportunities, and support growth across the funnel from blog posts to in-product conversions.
  • Maintain content quality and prioritize content that drives business outcomes.
  • Build processes to automate and streamline content creation using AI workflows, data scraping, and user-generated content.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, and content marketing teams to deliver content that aligns with the broader vision and strategy.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience relevant to the role
  • Strong technical writing and synthesis skills
  • Strong AI skills, including context engineering, prompt engineering, and building AI agents and workflows
  • Nice to have prior experience building dashboards in Excel, Streamlit, Tableau, etc.
  • General knowledge of data science, data analytics, AI, engineering, and tech
  • Ambitious, growth-minded, and proactive in improving processes
  • Previous experience in ed-tech or the job search industry is a plus
  • Self-starter and willing to go above and beyond standard expectations
