Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Orange, CA time

The client is looking to hire someone who speaks English well and has strong expertise in WordPress website development including E-Commerce Development (WooCommerce/Shopify).

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 4.2 per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40h per week

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities
  • Mass upload videos from YouTube to the DD travel discovery platform
  • Navigate and work within WordPress content management system
  • Utilize Mux platform for video downloading and processing
  • Tag and categorize video content with relevant travel information (hotels, activities, destinations)
  • Add descriptions and metadata to uploaded videos
  • Perform quality assurance testing on website functionality during development phase
  • Report bugs or technical issues encountered during the upload process
  • Follow step-by-step guides and procedures for consistent content management

Requirements
  • Experience with WordPress content management system

  • Reliable internet connection and computer setup for remote work
  • Strong organizational skills for managing large volumes of video content
