Key Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Execution Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (EOFY, Black Friday, Christmas, Easter) including messaging, creative assets, and promotional schedules. Coordinate campaign elements across email, SMS, paid ads, website updates, and social media. Develop campaign calendars by region (AU, NZ, US) and segment audiences for targeting. Email Marketing (EDMs) Design, write, and schedule email campaigns for product launches, sales, and content updates. Manage subscriber lists, segments, and ensure deliverability. Monitor campaign performance and optimise for engagement and conversions. Paid Ads Support Collaborate with the paid advertising team (Meta, Google, affiliates) to ensure alignment on messaging and creative. Design creative refreshes for different funnel stages. Request, interpret, and act on performance reports. Brand management Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets and channels. Create ad hoc graphic design for print and promotional materials. Distributor & Global Marketing Coordination Share campaign assets, EDM working files, and creative materials with international distributors. Maintain organised content folders for global access. Product Launches & Website Updates Coordinate product launches, drops, and seasonal collections. Update website content, product descriptions, banners, pop-ups, and upsells. Manage product tagging and collection organisation. Community & Events Create and promote events such as group rides and demo nights across regions. Reporting & Analytics Track campaign performance and share insights with the marketing team. Use data to inform content and campaign decisions. Qualifications Proficiency with ecommerce and email marketing platforms, social media tools, and basic graphic design (Shopify, Photoshop, Canva, Klaviyo, Attentive or similar). Strong copywriting skills with attention to brand tone. Understanding of paid advertising basics (Meta, Google Ads) preferred. Basic photo editing skills. Strong organisational and project management skills. Competencies/Personality Traits Personal Attributes Highly organised with great attention to detail. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work to tight deadlines. Creative thinker with a passion for lifestyle and action sports brands. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Prior Experience 2 plus years experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce, consumer electronics, or lifestyle brands.
