Summary of the Role As a dedicated resource for GenAI implementations, you will bridge our clients\' sophisticated legal teams and our internal technical teams. You will ensure that AI-powered contract review and negotiation tools are tuned to meet specific client needs, reinforcing Execo as a market-leading implementation partner. You will work as a senior member of the Execo Global Legal Team, collaborating with leaders in this space, including the Head of GenAI Implementations and the Head of Gen AI Solutions. Your Impact & What You\'ll Do Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering: Lead consultative workshops with client legal teams (primarily US-based) to document contract negotiation playbooks, standard redlining positions, and risk tolerance. Legal Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the primary legal domain expert in client-facing meetings, articulating GenAI legal technology capabilities and guiding clients in defining redlining rules and negotiation instructions. Technical Translation & Collaboration: Translate client legal requirements into actionable inputs for the technical team to configure AI models and prompts within the software. Quality Assurance & Validation: Perform expert-level reviews of the platform output to ensure alignment with client legal and commercial requirements. Implementation & Testing Support: Support clients during User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validating tool performance and gathering feedback for refinement. Client-Facing Excellence: Ability to engage with senior lawyers and stakeholders at client organizations, projecting credibility and adopting a consultative, solutions-oriented approach. Technical Acumen & Interest: Passion for legal innovation and technology. You should understand how GenAI can be applied to legal processes. Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is advantageous.
