This role is critical in safeguarding the companys legal standing and enabling ethical, compliant business operations. Responsibilities Advise management on legal matters related to business operations, contracts, governance, and compliance. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and internal policies. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and statutory requirements. Manage disputes and oversee litigation, including coordination with external counsel. Conduct legal research and monitor changes in legislation affecting the business. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies. Represent the company in legal proceedings and regulatory interactions. Support corporate transactions such as M&A, restructuring, and board governance. Provide training and guidance to internal teams on legal and compliance topics. Requirements & Qualifications: Doctor of Jurisprudence or Bachelor of Laws Degree holder. Member of the Philippine Bar in good standing. Minimum 3 years of legal experience (preferably with experience working in a law firm). Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and regulatory law. Proven experience in contract negotiation, litigation management, and compliance. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. High ethical standards and sound judgment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
