Work Details:

  • On-site or Work from Home
  • Monday to Friday | 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time
  • Will follow US Holidays

Responsibilities:

As an Senior Accountant, you are responsible for accurately maintaining proper accounts to ensure financial records and procedures are up to date. You believe in doing the job right. Being the best. And you’re up for the challenge.

In addition, you will:

  • Streamline and maintain both normal and complex accounts.
  • Ability to work with Excel book sheets, analyze and interpret data and deliver complex reports.
  • Analyze and monitor all the transactions and prepare financial reports for the annual budget of the company.
  • Perform period end General Ledger account reconciliation, including research and correction of any discrepancies.
  • Import and post various journal entries into the general ledger.
  • Ability to find accounting issues and solve them.
  • Delivering monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Create roles and accounting procedures aimed at reducing the cost for the company.
  • Promptly and effectively communicate with both internal and external customers.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

About You:

  • You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality
  • You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5 + years of experience in Accounting .
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial information.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning financial information.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills, i.e., MS Word, Excel, Oracle, and web-based tools.
  • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
